GCAI & MNLUM Sign Mou

On the occasion of GCAI signing the MoU with Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai eminent General Counsels we re present and extended support to have one voice for the cause of General Counsels.

Ashok Gupta- Group General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, Aditya Birla Group said “General Counsel’s Association was longly needed in India and it is a step in the right direction to have MoUs with MLUM and GCAI for achieving professional excellence…”

Mohit Shukla, Managing Director, India Legal and Compliance, Barclays acknowledges “General Counsels should be recognized through an association and institutions should collaborate with General Counsels to harness the Industry expertise.”

Amber Gupta, Head- Corporate Legal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Aditya Birla Capital Ltd is proud that GCAI has been formed to showcase the work being done by General Counsels and said that, “MoUs with NLUs will harness the areas of expertise between academic and professional excellence..”
