Prof Chirag Balyan, MNLUM states “This PG Diploma is a step forward in the efforts of the GCAI and MNLU Mumbai to set up a Centre for resolving disputes through Arbitration and Mediation. In the future, all participants will have the opportunity to be empanelled Arbitrators/ Mediators with the Centre. This industry-academia collaboration to foster ADR will start a new era of legal education in the country.”
