General Counsels’ Association of India is proud to have participated at the 7th edition of the Gujarat National Law University’s Air and Space Law Academy (GASLA 2022). GASLA 2022 was held at Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar from Monday, September 26, 2022, to Friday, September 30, 2022, and Dr. Akhil Prasad, Founder of GCAI and Director, Country Counsel, and Company Secretary conducted a session on “Aviation: Manufacturer’s Liability”.

GASLA 2022 was a very special occasion for GNLU and GCAI to celebrate the first anniversary of the Memorandum of Understanding between the two institutions, which was signed on October 07, 2021. Prof. Dr. Jagadeesh Chandra T. G., the honorable Registrar, GNLU and Dr Akhil Prasad, Founder GCAI exchanged the MoU document as a demonstration of mutual association of the institutions for achieving professional excellence in education.

Prof. Dr. Jagadeesh Chandra T. G. acknowledged GCAI’s contribution to GASLA and expressed interest in jointly developing similar programs in the future. Dr. Akhil Prasad thanked GNLU for its confidence and faith in GCAI for sharing knowledge and developing professional development programs.
